Hi, my name is Chris Cucuzza and I am the founder of CSC Advisory Group.

I help businesses grow and thrive by simplifying processes, aligning teams, and developing IT strategies that drive results. With a background in finance, IT, and operations, I’ve experienced the challenges of scaling companies firsthand. When I discovered EOS, everything clicked—it gave me the tools and framework I needed to bring clarity and alignment to leadership teams. As a Professional EOS Implementer, I’m passionate about helping leaders achieve lasting success.

Outside of work, I’m a family guy who loves baseball, good food, and exploring ways to stay active and creative. Whether it’s coaching on the field or helping a business find its rhythm, I’m all about building something great.
